Returns and Exchanges

   DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS. We are committed to your satisfaction, so if you do not like the shade, we would love to offer an exchange for another shade within fourteen business days of you receiving the original order. However, you are responsible for the shipping of the returned item, as well as the new item you would like to receive.  We ask that you refer to our social media pages to ensure you are comfortable with a shade before purchasing.


To help you determine how to take advantage of sales, follow our social media channels for updates and keep in mind that we generally have a sale for Christmas,  Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, and our company anniversary.
